The Orks are at it again and invite you back to the 2nd Annual Deff Race 40,000!The Deff Race is a Tanksgiving vehicle battle event where points cost is not a factor. Players bring one Warhammer 40K vehicle and race around an Ork themed track complete with zip pads, jumps and teleporters! The goal is to rack up points by blasting your opponents to bits and completing laps; while trying not to get destroyed by the other racers or the track itself! Don't worry about running a low point vehicle; these will get bonus upgrades at the start of the race and you can grab power-ups during the event to event the odds.Prizes are awarded for the top three overall points finishers as well as most kills, most deaths, most stunts and other wackiness. Starting line
Starting Line, I'm 3rd going left to rigt
Just about to finish the 1st lap
Landraider getting ready to jump off the ramp.
Landraider Jumps......
and drops onto the Tau, road kill.
Well after 5 hours of making right hand turns
4 laps latter (2 of them completed with the golden grot) 3 hull points removed
from other racers and only dying 2 times, I managed to finish 3rd. 1st and 2nd
place belonged to the Land Raiders which only managed to complete one lap.
Strategy just sit around in the first turn shooting at everything as they went
over the finish line.
